What this covers
The Costa Blanca lives on visitors, and the buildings that serve them get tired: apartment blocks, small hotels, restaurants, sea-front units and the villas around them. Our Spanish companies take on that construction work, and we develop our own sites. This is a construction and development page. It is not an investment service.
What we do
- Look at a plot or a building and tell you what it would take, and what it would cost, to bring it back.
- Run the design and the licence application through a Spanish architect, with the technical architect certifying the build.
- Build through approved local contractors, with our own team on the interior and the finishing.
- Develop on our own account: at Villa Noruega in Altea Hills we own the plot and carry the design, the licence application, the build and the sale.
We tender for hotel and leisure work on the Costa Blanca. That is capability rather than a completed track record, and we will tell you which is which when you ask.
What we will not tell you
We will not quote you a return, a yield or a resale figure. We are builders and developers, not financial advisers, and we are not authorised to advise on investments. For that, go to somebody who is.
We will not promise you holiday-let income either. Altea tightened its tourist rental licensing in 2026 and will not grant licences in some zones, so whether a particular property can be let to visitors depends on its address and the council’s position at the time. That is a question for a lawyer before it is a question for a builder.
