Elite Contracting Group

One person owns the job

One contract manager owns the job from the first survey to the last snag, and that is the person you deal with throughout. You are not handed from a salesperson to an estimator to a site manager, each with a different account of where things stand.

What we run

  • The programme: who is on site, in what order, and what has to be finished before the next trade can start.
  • Procurement: subcontract packages measured, priced, compared and let, with the comparison put in front of you rather than summarised for you.
  • The contract: instructions, valuations, variations, extensions of time and the records behind them, written down as they happen instead of reconstructed at the end.
  • Cost: a report against the agreed budget showing committed cost and forecast, so a problem surfaces while there is still time to act on it.
  • Statutory and neighbourly matters: Building Control inspections, party wall notices, and the council licences for hoardings, scaffold and skips.
  • Handover: the snagging list worked through to the end, then test certificates, warranties and the operating and maintenance file.

On our contracts, and on other people’s

We do this on the jobs we build, and we do it for clients who have already appointed a contractor and want someone on their side of the table — measuring what has been done, checking what is being claimed for, and holding the programme.

What you get from it

A single point of contact, a programme you can hold us to, and nothing in the final account that was not raised at the time. If something goes wrong on site, you hear it from us before you see it.
