How building on the Costa Blanca actually works
In Spain the structure is built by licensed local contractors working under a Spanish architect and a technical architect, who certifies the build stage by stage. That is how the system there works and we do not pretend to replace it with a London main contract. What we bring is the design coordination, the commercial control and the interior.
Two ways we have done it
At a private villa in Benidorm the shell was built locally for a London client who was developing the house, and Elite completed the fit-out to a specification agreed in London. At Villa Noruega in Altea Hills we are the developer ourselves: we own the plot, we are carrying the design and the licence application, approved Alicante contractors raise the structure, and our own team takes the fit-out.

Who you would be dealing with
The group is Elite Contracting Group Ltd in London, with Elite Contracting Group Spain and Lux View Construction on the Costa Blanca. A joint venture with a Spanish law firm handles the client legal work — title checks, NIE, notary and land registry. That firm is not independent of us, and we say so: you can instruct your own lawyer instead, we will introduce firms, and we never appoint yours.
