Project Overview
The ground-floor commercial unit at Impact House, the new-build development in Chigwell where we held the main contract. We built the shell and then carried out the coffee shop fit-out, so the same team took it from structure to trading.
The work included a poured resin floor through the trading area, a servery counter with a copper top, slatted timber front and integrated glazed display cabinets, an illustrated feature wall, track lighting on exposed runs, and the back of house — preparation area, store, WC and the mechanical and electrical installation including the distribution board and data cabinet.
Outside we formed the terrace: stone-clad planters with planting, paving, and the shopfront glazing and signage surround.
