External maintenance and facade restoration to a stucco-fronted building on Cromwell Road. Elite repaired and re-rendered the stucco, restored the portico, columns and balustrades, cut out and replaced decayed timber and defective cornice sections, and redecorated the elevations throughout.
The elevations were surveyed in detail before the work began. Spalled render, cracked balustrading, open joints and water damage were recorded and priced individually, so the scope was known before the scaffold went up rather than discovered from it. The building was scaffolded to full height with the entrance kept clear.
