A residential refurbishment and rear extension. The ground floor was opened up and reconfigured: a new kitchen with an island and integrated appliances, opening to the garden through full-height glazing, and a reconfigured living and dining area running the width of the house. The rear elevation was extended and finished to match the existing brickwork, and the house was replastered, rewired where needed, refloored and redecorated throughout.
