A super-prime residential fit-out in Knightsbridge. The apartment was stripped back and rebuilt: new layout and services throughout, book-matched stone to the bathrooms, fitted joinery and wall panelling, a stone kitchen with island and integrated appliances, concealed and cove lighting, and a timber staircase with a slatted screen between the floors. This is mansion-block work, so the method mattered as much as the finish. Access, protection to the common parts, lift and delivery bookings and working hours were agreed with the freeholder and the managing agent, and the other residents kept their entrance throughout.
