Main contractor for super prime and high-end residential in London: structural alterations, stone, joinery, stucco, mechanical and electrical, and the finishing trades, run by our own site team in occupied and managed buildings.
Consultancy
Project management, contract administration and cost control, appointed on their own or alongside the build. Interim valuations, payment notices, and variations measured and priced before they are built.
Design and engineering
Architectural design through the RIBA Plan of Work stages, interiors taken to construction level rather than mood-board level, and structural, mechanical and electrical design issued for Building Control approval.
Development in Spain
On the Costa Blanca we are the developer as well as the builder: we own the land, carry the design and the licence application, build, and sell. Approved Alicante contractors raise the structure; our London team does the fit-out.
